What It Does

This bundle pairs two tools from synthetick: Fractal Noise Browser, a preset library for After Effects’ Fractal Noise and Turbulent Noise effects, and GradientHub, a gradient manager that applies color maps across multiple AE targets. Buying both together saves 20% compared to purchasing separately.

Key Features

Fractal Noise Browser ships with 250+ curated presets covering organic backgrounds, atmospheric simulations, grunge textures, and glitch effects. Every preset includes a visual thumbnail and animated preview, so you can see exactly what you’re applying before committing. Version 1.1 added 52 new presets and a User Presets section where you can save and browse your own Fractal Noise and Turbulent Noise configurations.

GradientHub (formerly Colorama Browser, free update for existing owners) gives you 500+ built-in gradient map presets with thumbnail browsing. Gradients apply directly to Colorama, Color Shift, Shape Layers, and Layer Styles. You can also import external gradient files in .GRD (Photoshop), .CSS, and .SVG formats, which opens access to large free gradient libraries online. User-created gradients can be saved, organized into categories and subcategories, and recalled with auto-generated thumbnails. Notably, a gradient saved from one source (say, a Shape Layer) can be applied to any other supported target.

Who It’s For

Motion designers who frequently work with procedural textures will get the most out of this bundle. Fractal Noise Browser removes the trial-and-error of dialing in noise settings manually, which is useful for displacement maps, background textures, and organic overlays. GradientHub fits any project where brand-accurate color mapping matters, or where you want to quickly audition different color treatments on generated textures. The two tools work well in combination: generate a noise texture with FNB, then color it with a gradient from GradientHub.

Pricing

The bundle is sold as a one-time purchase at $56.00 for a single-user license, a 20% discount compared to buying each tool separately. Free trials are available for both individual tools on the product page.
