What It Does
Set Matte Texture Pack 01 delivers three animated textures, each scanned at 8K resolution with 16-bit color. Instead of single static images, you get 12 unique frames per texture for seamless looping. The pack comes in multiple formats (EXR and PNG) and resolutions (8K down to 720p) ready to drop into After Effects, Cinema 4D, Nuke, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro.
The textures are physical materials scanned from scratch, not procedurally generated. Each frame varies slightly, creating natural movement when cycled in animations.
Key Features
12-frame loops. Each texture includes a dozen individual frames that tile seamlessly, making it simple to create infinite texture animations without visible seams.
Multi-format delivery. The pack includes 16-bit EXR files (After Effects CC 2015+) and PNG versions. Multiple resolutions mean you can match your project specs without downsampling later.
Ray Dynamic Texture compatibility. Works directly with Sander van Dijk’s Ray Dynamic Texture plugin, which automates texture application in After Effects.
Cross-application support. The same texture files work in Cinema 4D (R11-R19), Nuke, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro, covering most motion design pipelines.
Who It’s For
Motion designers adding organic surface detail to 2D animations or title work. If you’re texturing shapes, text, or graphic elements and want something more tactile than procedural noise, these scanned materials provide ready-made options. Faster than shooting your own textures, consistent quality across all frames.
