What It Does
Keysmith provides a dockable panel for precise multi-keyframe editing. Select multiple keyframes across different layers and change their values simultaneously, either relatively or absolutely. The plugin treats separated position properties as unified keyframes and includes smart input fields that accept units like inches, feet, centimeters, or percentages.
Key Features
Multi-keyframe value editing. Change values across selected keyframes using relative offsets (add 50px to all) or absolute values (set all to 100px). Works across multiple layers and property channels at once.
Copy and paste values from selected keyframes or from the current time indicator. Save UI states to reuse settings later.
Spatial interpolation controls. Adjust keyframe speed, influence, and spatial paths. Set roving or hold keyframes quickly. Optionally multiply the default tangent handle length for finer curve control.
Smart unit conversion. Input fields accept values like “1in”, “1ft”, “1cm”, or “1%” and convert them automatically. Default unit is pixels.
Unified separated properties. Work with separated position properties (like X and Y) as if they were a single keyframe, or target specific axes in multi-dimensional properties.
Who It’s For
Animators who work with complex keyframe sequences and need to adjust timing, values, or spatial curves across multiple layers without manual repetition. Useful for refining motion graphics timing or batch-editing positional values.
