What It Does
Graph Master Free creates procedural bar graphs directly in After Effects. It handles data entry, animation, and customization without manual keyframing. The plugin supports both horizontal and vertical orientations, positive and negative values, and dual bar setups. All graphs are built using an open structure that lets you edit elements directly in the composition.
Key Features
Full procedural setup. Every element of the graph generates from your data input. Change numbers, colors, or layout options, and the graph updates automatically.
Expandable preset library. Start with pre-built graph styles, then customize them. Three shading types are included.
Pre-animated graphs. All graphs come with default animations. Bars grow on, values count up. You can adjust timing or replace the animation entirely.
Dual bars. Compare two data sets side by side within a single graph. Useful for before/after comparisons or year-over-year metrics.
One-click orientation switching. Convert between horizontal and vertical layouts, or flip between positive-only and positive/negative value ranges without rebuilding the graph.
Automatic alignment. Add or remove bars and the plugin reflows the layout. No manual repositioning.
Unlimited bar counts. The plugin handles as many data points as your composition can render.
Who It’s For
This is the bar graph edition of Graph Master. If you only need bar charts for infographics, presentations, or data segments in video projects, this free version covers that. The full Graph Master 3 adds pie, line, spline, finance, and radar graphs for $134.
Good for motion designers working on explainer videos, news graphics, or corporate presentations where data visualization is a recurring task but doesn’t justify a paid tool.
