What It Does
Rapid Slideshow & Presentation Maker turns folders of images into animated slideshows using expressions instead of keyframes. It’s built for creating social media reels, wedding slideshows, event videos, and presentations without manually animating every layer. You set up layouts, motion, and audio distribution through a single interface, and the script applies expression-based animation that adapts when you edit.
Key Features
Fit to Comp & Transforms lets you prepare images before animating. Fit to width or height, reset transforms, flip horizontally or vertically, and rotate 90 degrees. The reset button clears position, scale, and rotation when you want to start over.
Pan, Zoom, Push adds cinematic movement with three timing options: In, Out, or Both. Movement is driven by expressions, so your timeline stays clean. A dedicated reset clears the expressions and returns layers to their original state.
Grid Maker, Smart Shuffle, Bento Layouts creates structured grids with unique control nulls and correct matte ordering. Bento mode lets you build editorial-style collages for dynamic compositions.
Stylish Borders applies square, faded, or custom borders via Layer Styles, all controlled by a master Border Control null. If the null isn’t present, each layer falls back to local controls. Blurry BG builds backgrounds using Transform, Fast Box Blur, and CC Composite in one setup.
Audio Distribute auto-crops audio from the middle, staggers clips over a chosen range, and creates smooth crossfades. Fade in/out and distribution across the comp timeline all happen in a few clicks.
3D Camera Shots uses “Look at Selected Layers” with padding, zoom, stagger, shuffle, refocus, animate, and reset. One null and one camera per shot keep the rig simple. Padding sliders override position values to maintain consistent framing.
Swing / Flash & Keyframe Overshoot adds controller-based swing with position and rotation, plus distance, time, cycle, and oscillation sliders. Motion Tile keeps edges clean. A tint-based flash effect is controlled by a checkbox and duration slider. Keyframe Overshoot adds overshoot and decay to Position, Scale, and Rotation keyframes.
The Sequence Layers feature places markers where you want to split footage, then divides layers into short clips. Use In-Out buttons or the Lazy button for automatic cuts. BN: Set Comp Work Area sets the work area to match selected layers or the full comp duration.
