What It Does

Radnika is an animated sans-serif typeface that bridges expressive 19th-century letterforms with the cleaner aesthetics of 20th-century type design. Built for After Effects, it uses expression-driven masks for customization and integrates with Font Manager and Animography Controller for efficient animated typography workflows.

The animated version is based on the Bold weight and combines 3D elements with frame-by-frame animation to create a distinct low-poly look. A static version includes 6 weights with corresponding Condensed and Italic variants (18 styles total) for versatile non-animated use.

Key Features

Character support. Includes full uppercase and lowercase (A-Z, a-z), extended Latin characters (À-Ÿ, æ, œ, ß), numbers, and comprehensive punctuation (! ¡ ? ¿ . , : ; ’ ’ ” ” „ * ® _ · and more).

Color customization. Adjust three separate colors to match your project’s palette.

Workflow integration. Works with Font Manager to type directly in After Effects with controls for size, tracking, line spacing, text alignment, and time offset. Alternatively, use Animography Controller (free) to drag characters into your comp and parent controller settings with one click.

Dual format. Comes as a lightweight JSX file for Font Manager integration, plus a traditional .aep file with all animated characters in organized compositions.

Who It’s For

Radnika suits motion designers working on title sequences, branding projects, posters, or any content requiring bold animated typography with a modern edge. The static version provides flexibility for layouts where animation isn’t needed but consistent style is.
