What It Does

Path Duplicator clones a selected layer multiple times along any path in your composition. Select a path, choose how many copies you want, and the script distributes them evenly along that path. Optional path orientation aligns each copy to follow the path’s direction, useful for creating kinetic typography layouts or evenly spaced motion graphics elements.

Key Features

Path-based duplication. Select any path (mask or shape layer) and the script uses it as the distribution guide for your layer copies. The number of copies is adjustable before generation.

Orient along path. Enable this option to align each duplicate to the path’s direction at its position. Saves manual rotation adjustments for text or graphic elements that need to follow curves.

Two-step workflow. Click “Select Path” to define the distribution path, then select your layer, set copy count, and click “CREATE COPIES”. The streamlined UI keeps the process quick for repetitive tasks.

Who It’s For

Motion designers who need to arrange text, logos, or graphic elements along curved or custom paths. Useful for title sequences, circular layouts, or any design requiring evenly spaced duplicates along a non-linear guide.

Pricing

Path Duplicator uses a pay-what-you-want model. Individual users can pay any amount (suggested $14.99). Businesses and teams must pay the suggested price for a valid license. No subscription or recurring fees.
