What It Does
Parrot links multiple layers to a single master animation source, letting you trigger and offset the same motion across your composition using layer markers. Instead of duplicating layers and manually shifting keyframes, you designate one “Human” layer as your motion master and set up “parrots” that inherit its animation. Works with 2D and 3D layers, supporting motion, effects, masks, shapes, and layer styles.

Marker-based timing. Add layer markers to trigger animations at specific points. No need to adjust keyframes directly. Move a marker, the animation shifts with it.
Multiple actions per source. Name markers on your master layer to define different events. Target layers can call these named events by matching the marker name, letting one source drive multiple animation sequences.
Dynamic Offset slider. Bypass markers entirely and use a slider on the master layer to offset all connected animations by a set value. Useful for quick feedback during early stages.
Marker management tools. The full version includes batch marker creation. Place markers on multiple layers at once with specific offsets and names. Trial version locks this feature.
Dimension-aware. If your source is 3D (with separated dimensions or not), Parrot conforms target layers automatically. Mix 2D and 3D setups without manual adjustments.
