What It Does

NatuRamp generates procedural gradients based on natural patterns, replacing After Effects’ linear interpolation with organic, uneven color transitions. Instead of the flat blends from Ramp or 4-Color Gradient, it creates atmospheric fills, weathered textures, and layered color spreads that look less digital.

Key Features

Three procedural modes shape how colors blend. Atmosphere simulates layered, light-scattering transitions like skies. Organic mimics growth patterns found in petals or leaves. Mineral replicates erosion and oxidation effects. Each mode has tailored noise patterns that match its physical logic.

Color Infiltration controls how Color A transitions into Color B without keyframing gradients or stacking effects. Adjust the spread dynamically to simulate color bleeding or separation.

Scatter applies spatial noise scaled to each mode. Add texture to the gradient without destroying the underlying color logic. Works with both linear and radial ramps.

Midpoint positioning lets you shift where the color transition peaks. Interpolation curve (sharpness) adjusts the gradient falloff. Color temperature control shifts the mood without simple hue rotation.

Supports both linear and radial gradient layouts. The interface stays minimal: select a mode, pick two colors, adjust infiltration and scatter, tweak the curve if needed.

Who It’s For

Useful for motion designers working on title backgrounds, atmospheric overlays, or stylized textures where standard gradients look too clean. Fits projects that need organic color transitions, cloudy skies, or textured fills without manually animating noise layers.
