What It Does
Looper Pack gives you 40 black-and-white animated texture mattes at 2048 x 1556 resolution. Each texture loops seamlessly and can be slowed down or sped up using Time Remapping in After Effects. Apply them with blending modes, layer them with effects like Curves, or use them as displacement maps to add visual texture to motion graphics, titles, or VFX work.
Key Features
The collection is organized into four sets of ten mattes each:
Grainy Loops. Organic film grain and noise patterns.
Gritty Loops. Rougher, high-contrast textures with visible artifacts.
Liney Loops. Linear, scratchy patterns reminiscent of analog media.
Loopy Loops. Abstract, flowing textures with circular or curved elements.
You can preview all 40 textures in the thumbnail gallery on The Drawing Room’s website before purchasing.
The pack comes in three formats: an After Effects project file ready for Ray Dynamic Texture (recommended), 40 lossless QuickTime movies, or 40 PNG sequences. The AE project format integrates directly with Ray Dynamic Texture if you own it, but the textures work perfectly fine on their own with standard blending modes and effects.
Who It’s For
Useful for motion designers adding analog texture to clean digital work, or anyone layering visual interest onto titles, shapes, or full-frame compositions. The textures work well for grunge aesthetics, retro looks, or subtle weathering on modern motion graphics.
