What It Does
Loop Tools Pro handles looping in After Effects through markers and expressions instead of copy-pasting keyframes. The script creates non-destructive loops that you can stop cleanly and continue animating from, solving the problem of jumps or rebounds when a loop cycle ends.
Key Features
Smart Rebake Function. The core differentiator. When you end a loop, this function calculates the exact position at the cut point and creates a stop keyframe. You can immediately continue animating as if the loop never happened, with no jump or snap back to your original keyframes.
Multiple loops per layer. Apply sequenced LOOP_START and LOOP_END markers to create multi-stage animations on a single timeline (e.g., loop, stop, move, loop again). Each section operates independently.
Multi-layer support. Version 5.0+ lets you apply loops, rebake keyframes, or delete expressions across multiple selected layers at once.
Original keyframes stay intact. The script adds a super-expression driven by your markers rather than modifying your animation curve. Auto-detect keyframe ranges or manually set start/end frames using UI sliders. Delete Loops button removes all script-generated markers and expressions instantly if you need to reset.
