What It Does
Intellifolders automates the tedious task of organizing render queue outputs in After Effects. Instead of manually creating folders and setting paths for each render item, the extension generates folders automatically based on composition names or filenames. It provides five different output location strategies and runs path tests before execution, so you can verify your folder structure without touching the render queue.

Key Features
Five output location options let you route renders to different destinations. Send files to your project location (where the .aep lives), the last used location (remembered between sessions), a new folder you specify, current locations, or a memo location you’ve saved for repeated use.
Path testing shows where folders will be created without modifying the render queue. Review the list, adjust settings if needed, then click Execute to apply.
Custom naming options include appending strings (like “-version2”), adding today’s date in USA or EU format, using item and module numbering, or basing folder names on filenames instead of comp names.
Selective folder creation works for sequences only or all render items (.mov, .avi, etc.). The script checks for existing folders and skips duplicates automatically.
Who It’s For
Motion designers and editors running large batch renders who need consistent output organization. Particularly useful for versioned projects, client deliveries with specific folder structures, or anyone tired of manually creating folders for each comp in the render queue.
