The Glitch Bundle extends Squash & Stretch Pro with ready-made glitch behaviors. Apply distortions, displacements, and electric shock effects to layers with a single click. Each behavior includes multiple variants (A/B/C/D) so you can mix different glitch styles across elements without repetition. Includes 53 synchronized sound effects that play automatically with the animations.
Key Features
18 behaviors with 69 variants. The bundle organizes glitch effects into categories: Displace (spatial shifts in three sets), Distort (warping effects including chaos, subtle, and flicker variations), Power Up (scale and jump animations), Electric Shock (long and short duration), and Power Outage (bottom and center variants). Each behavior comes in A/B/C/D versions for variation.
53 tailored sound effects. Sounds sync to the animations automatically. You can also export them as .wav files for use in other applications, as described in the Squash & Stretch documentation.
Best applied to precomps. For scene-wide glitch effects, precompose your layers first. You can also split text into individual characters and apply different variants to each letter for less uniform results. Crop the precomp before applying behaviors for cleaner distortions.
Compatible with V1 and V2. Bundles created for Squash & Stretch Pro V1 work with V2.
