What It Does
Flowers Bloom lets you assemble realistic growing flower and plant animations in After Effects by combining animated stems, flowers, and leaves. Mix and match elements to create millions of variations, from simple blooms to complex botanical compositions. All elements animate on their own and can be customized through property controls.
Key Features
Asset library. Choose from 160 animated flowers in four categories, 66 animated stems in three types, 125 static leaves, and 55 animated leaves. MotionDesk (the developer) continues to add more.
Pre-made templates. Start with 30 ready-to-use flower and bush compositions, then modify them to fit your needs. Useful for quick mockups or as a starting point for custom designs.
Full control. Adjust properties for individual stems, flowers, and leaves. Change colors, timing, scale, and other parameters to match your project’s art direction.
Mixing system. Combine different stems with different flower types and leaves to create unique plants that don’t look like stock assets.
Who It’s For
Good for motion graphics work that needs botanical elements: title sequences, explainer videos, nature documentaries, wedding videos, or commercial work with floral themes. Saves time compared to drawing and animating plants from scratch in Illustrator.
Pricing
Flowers Bloom uses pay-what-you-want pricing. You choose your own price, with $49 listed as a reference point. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Requires After Effects 2021 or newer.
