What It Does
BRAW Studio imports and decodes Blackmagic RAW (.braw) files directly in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, and Audition. It uses the official Blackmagic Design Color Science and SDK, giving you the same RAW parameters available in DaVinci Resolve. The plugin includes a standalone desktop app for playing and grading files outside of Adobe apps.
Key Features
Layer Settings filter (After Effects). Apply and adjust RAW parameters in real-time with GPU-accelerated decoding. Grade footage directly in the timeline without round-tripping to Resolve.
BRAW Studio Panel (Premiere Pro). Organize metadata, apply presets across multiple clips, and compare A/B grades. The “Set New Source” feature lets you apply independent color grades to different uses of the same clip.

The free version imports unlimited .braw files and includes basic Source Settings in Premiere Pro. The premium version unlocks After Effects Layer Settings, the desktop app, the Premiere Pro panel with batch tools, and all advanced features.
