What It Does
BG Generator builds animated backgrounds by combining shapes with effects and expressions. Select from included shapes or import your own, then apply animations, layer effects, and expression presets to create variations. The tool generates compositions with shape layers that you can customize or randomize.
Key Features
Pre-built animations. Apply motion to static shapes using included animation presets. Transform a grid of circles into a pulsing pattern or a field of rectangles into a sliding transition without keyframing.
Custom shape import. Add your own vector shapes to the library. Bring in logos, icons, or geometric forms and use them as background elements with the same controls as the default shapes.
Layer effects. Apply shadow, blur, glow, and bevel to shape layers. Stack effects to build depth, useful for title cards or lower thirds that need separation from footage.
